If you wish to cancel your order, please email us with your name and order ID at firstname.lastname@example.org within 6-8 hours of the purchase. If the order has been dispatched from our end, it cannot be cancelled.
If you find the product packaging tampered in any way when the courier is delivering you the order, pls do not accept the package, refuse the delivery and immediately report to the matter to us (with your order ID) at 01143092244 or email@example.com.
Return and Replacement Policy
All sales are final and products are non-returnable. Under no condition will a refund or replacement be provided for any defect-free product, on the basis of look & feel or minor differences in shades, colours or sound quality or likeability.
We offer free replacement in case the product has any manufacturing defects or damage. Please report the issue to us within 1 day of receipt of product, with images and video proof of defect and mention your order ID. We will provide a replacement at no extra cost, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation.
The original item will have to be returned back to us. Please ensure product is in the original packaging and includes all items & accessories shipped in our package.
Upon receipt, the original item shall be inspected for damage and defect, and replacement shall be issued post inspection by us. The cost of any missing items (including the box), shall be added to price while shipping replacement. The cost of any missing items need to be paid in advance, prior to the shipment of the replacement product.
A small fee of Rs.80 (Rs. 999 in case of Saturn Speaker Table) will be charged if you want us to pick up the parcel from the delivery address. You do not have to pay Rs.80 (or Rs. 999) if you choose to self-ship the return order to us. In case of self-ship, please choose a reliable courier with online tracking system, ensure secure packaging and share tracking details to firstname.lastname@example.org. We reimburse return courier charges up to Rs. 100 or actual courier charges, whichever is lower, based on valid courier receipt. In case no defect is found, same product will be sent back to customer and forward courier charges shall be liable to be paid by customer in advance. In such case, return courier charges will not be reimbursed.
Sevenaire will only issue refund in below cases and under below conditions -
1. In case we are unable to issue a replacement for your defective product that is under warranty.
Once we receive back the product, we will inspect it for product quality control including all original packaging and product items including accessories. If approved, we will initiate a refund to your card or original method of payment or any other method by mutual understanding with customer.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
All our products are eligible for 1 year limited warranty.
External damage, if any, (like due to falling of product or water/moisture damage) is not covered and will be repairable on chargeable basis only. Damage to product, if any, caused by customer abuse, repair by unauthorised persons, misuse detected, spillage of liquid onto device or reckless use, shall not be covered by warranty.
If you need help with claiming your product warranty, mail us the issue in the product along with your order ID, name and phone number to email@example.com and our team shall reach out to you and guide you the warranty claim and replacement procedure.
In case the product needs to be sent back to us, the return courier procedure (and charges) shall remain same as in the replacement procedure.
